All deposits and installments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable; in the event of non-payment within the agreed timeframe, the Layaway plan will be canceled and the item will immediately return to available inventory. Terms and Conditions By proceeding, I confirm that I accept 2nd Bloom’s Layaway Policies: I understand that the initial deposit (40% or 50%) is non-refundable and non-transferable, that the reserved item cannot be exchanged for another, that a 5% administrative fee plus 11.5% sales tax (IVU) will apply, and that I have a maximum of 60 days to pay the remaining balance. All layaway purchases are final sales.

Tiempo de procesamiento del pedido:
Todos los pedidos se procesan en un plazo de 2 a 4 días hábiles (excepto fines de semana y festivos) tras la confirmación del pago. Recibirá una notificación una vez enviado su pedido.

Ofrecemos envíos nacionales dentro de Puerto Rico a través de USPS, DHL o servicios de mensajería locales. La entrega suele realizarse en un plazo de 2 a 5 días hábiles a partir de la fecha de envío. Los gastos de envío se calculan al finalizar la compra según el tamaño y el peso de cada artículo.

Opción de recogida en tienda:
También ofrecemos recogida local gratuita con cita previa en nuestra sucursal designada en Caguas, Puerto Rico. Una vez que su pedido esté listo, nos pondremos en contacto con usted por correo electrónico o mensaje de texto para coordinar una hora de recogida conveniente.

Confirmación y seguimiento de envío:
Una vez enviado tu pedido, recibirás un número de seguimiento por correo electrónico o SMS. La información de seguimiento tardará hasta 24 horas en actualizarse.

Paquetes perdidos o retrasados:
2nd Bloom no se responsabiliza por retrasos en los envíos ni por la pérdida de paquetes durante el transporte. Si un paquete está marcado como entregado pero no se ha recibido, contacte directamente con la empresa de transporte. Le ayudaremos a resolver el problema, pero no realizamos reembolsos por paquetes perdidos o robados.
