All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our business, all items are pre-loved and sold “as-is.” We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances, except as described below.
Item Condition
Each piece is carefully inspected, and all visible imperfections are described in the product listing. Since these are second-hand items, they may show signs of previous use.
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all descriptions and photos before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, or an item with a major flaw not disclosed in the listing, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the situation.
In these cases, we will require photo evidence of the item received. Resolution will be determined on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of 2nd Bloom.
Authenticity Guarantee
At 2nd Bloom, we guarantee that all pieces sold are 100% authentic. Every item is inspected and authenticated before being listed in our store.
We do not sell imitations or counterfeit items.

Limitation of Liability

The right of withdrawal under Puerto Rico’s consumer protection laws does not apply, since pre-owned items sold with proper disclosure of their condition are not subject to return.
