Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods & DeliveryTime At the moment, we only ship within Puerto Rico through USPS. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days from the shipping date. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of each item. Store
Pick-Up Option
We offer free local pick-up by appointment at our designated location in Caguas, Puerto Rico. Once your order is ready, we will contact you via email or text to coordinate the most convenient pick-up time.
Local Delivery by Agreement
In some cases, if you are located near Caguas or in neighboring towns, we may offer free delivery. This option is subject to discussion and must be agreed upon in advance with our team.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
2nd Bloom is not responsible for shipping delays or packages lost in transit. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact USPS directly. We will gladly assist you in the process, but we do not issue refunds for lost or stolen packages.
