HOW YOUR LAYAWAY WORKS When you select Layaway: 1. A 5% Layaway Administrative Fee is added to the item price. This fee covers the exclusive reservation of your item, administrative handling, payment processing and inventory management during the reservation period. The 5% Layaway fee is non-refundable. 2. Puerto Rico’s 11.5% sales tax is calculated after the Layaway fee is added. 3. You pay your required initial deposit today. Your deposit officially reserves the item exclusively for you and removes it from available inventory. 4. You have up to 60 calendar days to complete payment. You may make additional payments at any time and in any amount during the active Layaway period. Every payment made will reduce your outstanding balance. You will never be charged again for amounts you have already paid. If an unpaid balance remains at the end of the 60-day Layaway period, only the remaining outstanding balance will be due. Your item will remain with 2nd Bloom until the entire Layaway balance has been paid in full. IMPORTANT LAYAWAY TERMS By selecting Layaway and submitting your initial deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the following: The 2nd Bloom Layaway Program is available only for eligible merchandise. A 5% non-refundable Layaway Administrative Fee will be added to the item’s selling price. Puerto Rico’s applicable 11.5% sales tax will be calculated on the subtotal after the Layaway fee has been added. Your initial deposit reserves the merchandise exclusively for you and removes it from available inventory. The Layaway must be paid in full within 60 calendar days from the date of the initial deposit unless an extension has been expressly approved by 2nd Bloom. Additional payments may be made at any time during the Layaway period. All deposits, installment payments and Layaway fees are final, non-refundable and non-transferable. If the Layaway is not completed within the established period and no extension has been approved by 2nd Bloom, the Layaway will be canceled and the merchandise will immediately return to available inventory. In the event of cancellation or non-payment, all deposits and payments previously made will remain non-refundable, cannot be transferred to another item and will not become store credit. Once a Layaway has been initiated, the reserved item may not be exchanged for another item unless an exception is expressly approved by 2nd Bloom. All Layaway purchases are FINAL SALE once completed. No returns, exchanges, refunds or store credits will be accepted. Promotions, discounts, coupons or special pricing available at the time the Layaway is initiated will be honored based on the initial transaction. Future promotions cannot be applied to an existing Layaway. The merchandise will remain in the possession of 2nd Bloom until the Layaway balance has been paid in full. Shipping charges, when applicable, are separate from the Layaway price unless expressly stated otherwise. Any request for an extension is subject to approval by 2nd Bloom and is not guaranteed. By submitting your initial deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the 2nd Bloom Layaway Terms & Conditions. Deposit payments are available on select products. If this product qualifies, you’ll see the option to choose to pay with a deposit on the product's page. Any remaining balance is charged later to your saved payment method.

Terms and Conditions By proceeding, I confirm that I accept 2nd Bloom’s Layaway Policies: I understand that the initial deposit (40% or 50%) is non-refundable and non-transferable, that the reserved item cannot be exchanged for another, that a 5% administrative fee plus 11.5% sales tax (IVU) will apply, and that I have a maximum of 60 days to pay the remaining balance. All layaway purchases are final sales.
