By placing the initial deposit, you confirm that your purchase is final sale (no exchanges, returns, or store credit) and the item will be reserved exclusively for you, meaning it cannot be swapped for another piece. All deposits and installments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable; in the event of non-payment within the agreed timeframe, the Layaway plan will be canceled and the item will immediately return to available inventory. Deposit payments are available on select products. If this product qualifies, you’ll see the option to choose to pay with a deposit on the product's page. Any remaining balance is charged later to your saved payment method.

Terms and Conditions By proceeding, I confirm that I accept 2nd Bloom’s Layaway Policies: I understand that the initial deposit (40% or 50%) is non-refundable and non-transferable, that the reserved item cannot be exchanged for another, that a 5% administrative fee plus 11.5% sales tax (IVU) will apply, and that I have a maximum of 60 days to pay the remaining balance. All layaway purchases are final sales.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time:
We offer domestic shipping within Puerto Rico via USPS, DHL, or local courier services. Delivery typically occurs within 2 to 5 business days from the shipping date. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of each item.

Store Pick-Up Option:
We also offer free local pick-up by appointment at our designated location in Caguas, Puerto Rico. Once your order is ready, we will contact you via email or text to coordinate a convenient pick-up time.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
2nd Bloom is not responsible for shipping delays or packages lost in transit. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist you in resolving the issue, but we do not issue refunds for lost or stolen packages.
